How does ordering work?
Our inventory is always changing, so most clients buy on a live video call and see the pieces as they buy. You can also order by form, text or phone. Every order ships within one business day.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We confirm the shipping cost with you before we ask for payment. Free shipping on your first wholesale order applies to orders shipped within the US.
What happens on the intro call?
We learn about your store and your customers, show you the line, talk about the right mix and answer your questions. It is usually a video call so you can see the pieces live, and a phone call is fine too. Most calls take 15 minutes to an hour.
